You’ll once again storm Fort Mercer in the “The Kidnapped Girl” co op mission. Fortunately, this time you have up to three friends to watch your back as you remove an entrenched band of outlaws and save a local farmer’s daughter, then fend off a counterattack back at the farm.
In the “The River” co op mission, you’ll take a nice boat ride with several stops along the way. Unfortunately, bad guys are trying to kill you pretty much the whole time, ruining an otherwise tranquil experience.
The Gaptooth Ridge Mine is your destination for the “Walton’s Gold” co op mission. You and your friends must fight your way into the mine, then fight your way back out through Walton’s gang to escape with your gold and your lives.

A pack of wolves have been threatening the livestock on the Marston Ranch, and John decides Jack is old enough to accompany him as he rides out to deal with them. The two of you will shoot the wolves together, and discuss some important things along the way.
In the true final mission of Red Dead Redemption, Jack Marston, now grown, tracks down the man responsible for his father’s death: Edgar Ross. He’ll go through Ross’ wife and brother along the way, before a final duel with the man himself causes the credits to roll.
Edgar Ross and his federal goons make a dramatic return to the lives of the Marston family in this mission. John will defend his family from the onslaught, but will be unable to escape his fate in the end. This tragic mission isn’t the true finale of the game, but it is the last formal mission.
John’s family has been freed and he’s finally fulfilled his obligations to the government agents. Now, he returns home to find his livestock stolen and the ranch in disarray. Firt order of business: calling in an old favor. Mount up and head to MacFarlane’s ranch to buy some cattle.
