You know that part of the beauty of the Horadric Cube in Blizzard’s Diablo 2 online game is that you can take items and make them into something else? These are some of the transmuted crafted items that you can make, called the Blood items. You are able to use normal, exceptional, or even elite types of the items to use these recipes.

Blood Items

Blood Helm – Takes a Magic Helm/Casque/Armet, Ral rune, a Perfect Ruby, and any jewel. Blood Helm has the stat buffs of 5-10% deadly strike, 1-3% life stolen per hit, +10-20 to life.

Blood Boots – Takes a Magic Light Plated Boots/Battle Boots/Mirrored Boots, Eth rune, a Perfect Ruby, and any jewel. Blood Boots have the stat buffs of +10-20 to life, replenishes life +5-10, and 1-3% life stolen per hit.

Blood Gloves – Takes a Magic Heavy Gloves/Sharkskin Gloves/Vampirebone Gloves, Nef rune, a Perfect Ruby, and any jewel. Blood Gloves have the stat buffs of +5-10% to crushing blow, 1-3% life stolen per hit, and +10-20 to life.

Blood Belt – Takes a Magic Belt/Mesh Belt/Mithril Coil, Tal rune, a Perfect Ruby, and any jewel. Blood Belt has the stat buffs of +5-10% open wounds, 1-3% life stolen per hit, and +10-20 to life.

Blood Shield – Takes a Magic Spiked Shield/Barbed Shield/Blade Barrier, Ith rune, a Perfect Ruby, and any jewel. Blood Shield has stat buffs of +10-20 to life, 1-3% life stolen per hit, and attacker takes damage of 4-7.

Blood Body – Takes a Magic Plate Mail/Templar Coat/Hellforge Plate, Thul rune, a Perfect Ruby, and any jewel. Blood Body has stat buffs of +10-20 to life, 1-3% life stolen per hit, and +1-3 life per demon kill.

Blood Amulet – Takes a Magic Amulet, Amn rune, a Perfect Ruby, and any jewel. Blood Amulet has stat buffs of +10-20 to life, 1-4% life stolen per hit, and 5-10% faster run/walk.

Blood Ring – Takes a Magic Ring, Sol Rune, a Perfect Ruby, and any jewel. Blood Ring has stat buffs of +1-5 to strength, 1-3% life stolen per hit, and +10-20 to life.

Blood Weapon – Takes a Magic Normal/Exceptional/Elite Axe, Ort rune, a Perfect Ruby, and any jewel. Blood Weapon has stat buffs of +35-60% enhanced damage, +10-20 to life, and 1-4% life stolen per hit.
