A quick note on coordinates: Badge locations are given using the in-game coordinate system. Simply use the /loc command to determine your character’s location at any time.

Badges are listed alphabetically by location.

Crey’s Folly Exploration Badges

The Crey’s Folly zone has two exploration badges: “Burning the Midnight Oil” on a catwalk at 840, 24, 1798, and “Crey Watcher” in the Crey Factories neighborhood at 1080, 0, 2320.

Croatoa Exploration Badges

There are three City of Heroes exploration badges in the Croatoa zone. “Ensorcelled” is found at 1018, 159, -1090, on the branch of a giant tree. “Grim Wanderer” is located in the Grim Vale at 762, 48, -2440. The final exploration badge in the zone is “Spiritual,” found under the wall of trees at -2669, 11, 1102.

Eden Exploration Badges

Two exploration badges are found in the Eden zone. “Crey Fish” is at -1787, 0, 4550, behind the Crey industries sign and “Unspoiled” is at the bottom of a waterfall located at 2482, 34, 2350.

Faultline Exploration Badges

The Faultline zone has eight exploration badges. The “Apex” badge is found at the base of some support struts at 373, -125, 134.5. “Drowned Rat” is at 150.5, -51.3, 2360.5, above a large leak in the dam. “Egg Hunter” is inside a small room beneath a freight lift at -908, -183, 109.5. The “Escape Artist” badge is awarded for traveling to the bottom of a crevasse at -679, -167, -208. Travel to the top of a construction site at 821.5, 95.5, -1154.5 to earn the “Faultless Mystic” badge. The “Newsman/Newswoman” badge is found in the Dark Canyons neighborhood at 1125, -25, 1295. “Old Fashioned” is found inside the large doughnut atop the Drenched Doughnuts shop at -170, 74.1, -1504. The final badge in the zone, “Undammed,” is found on the corner of a building at -820, -159, 1033.5.

Founder’s Falls Exploration Badges

There are two exploration badges in the Founder’s Falls zone: “Chaotician” underwater at 815, -21, 2402, and “Foggy” found in front of a fountain at 968, 0, 2621

Galaxy City Exploration Badges

The Galaxy City zone has five exploration badges. “Bird Watcher” is found on the corner of a building at -1099, 48, -2264. The “Blue Shield” badge is located at -1170, 39, -2470 on the back side of a billboard. Find the “Brawler” badge atop the Mighty Mart at -1184, 63, -936. Travel to the gigantic steel doors at -2036, -43, 1000 to earn the “Land Locked” badge. The final exploration badge in the Galaxy City zone is “Tank,” found atop the clenched fist of the giant hero statue at -1178, 73, -586.

Exploration Badges in The Hive

Two exploration badges are found in the zone The Hive. “Heart of the Hamidon” is found at -3, -338, -2183, and “Time Bandit” is earned for traveling to 1742, 2, -3820.
