Following the usual development cycle, NCSoft / City of Heroes / City of Villains revealed some details about their upcoming paid expansion and game update, Issue 13: Architect. Frankly, the issue seems to be a bit of a disappointment. As a fan of the game I sincerely hope I am wrong.
Villains can create an Arachnos Soldier epic archetype after they get a single villain to level 50. Despite the “epic” descriptor, they’re not really more powerful than the other villainous archetypes - just different.
