There are some quests in Diablo II that are available to do which don’t form part of the actual game; they aren’t given by an NPC but are accessed by performing certain actions and following rituals and specific events.

In the Diablo II PC game, in order to defeat the demon-lord, Diablo; your character must overcome a series of quests. In the original Diablo II game, there were 21 quests in all, but the Lords Of Destruction expansion pack added a further 6 quests to the game.
Level 4 spells in Diablo are the most powerful spells in the game, and include Nova, Golem, Teleport, Apocalypse, Bone Spirit and Blood Star. Some Level 4 spells cannot be memorised and require both mana and life points to cast.
Level 3 spells in Diablo contain some of the most potent and useful spells in the game, and include Phasing, Mana Shield, Elemental, Fireball, Flame Wave, Chain Lightning and Guardian.
Although still relatively weak, Level 2 spells in Diablo often make up the majority of many sorcerers’ arsenals. Spells categorised as Level 2 spells include Fire Wall, Lightning and Stone Curse.
