Tells about the Construction skill in Runescape, what you are able to get at what level, and all about housing.
Runescape has the Construction skill in the member’s edition (paid for, not free version). It’s a great little skill that will let you build bigger and better housing as you get your skill leveled up higher.
Rooms in houses offer a varying array of features and at every 5 levels that your construction skill rises; you are going to be able to build a different type of room.
Parlor – At level one Construction skill and it will cost 1000. There are three doorways and there you can sit by a fire and retrieve your finished quest books. Fires in the parlor give double xp.
Garden - At level one Construction skill and it will cost 1000. There are four doorways and there will be an exit portal, a possible dungeon entrance, and decoration. Planting a garden gives you an equal amount of farming exp.
Kitchen – At level 5 Construction skill and it costs 5000. There are two adjacent doorways with a water source, the ability to cook and home brew your ale, obtain some food supplies, and a cat corner.
Dining Room – At level 10 Construction skill and it costs 5000. There are three doorways and it has the means to summon a servant, eat served food there, and sit at the table.
Workshop – At level 15 Construction skill and it costs 10000. There are two opposite doorways and you can build furniture, craft, repair your broken or damaged weapons, obtain tools, or do heraldry.
Bedroom – At level 20 Construction skill and it costs 10000. There are two adjacent doorways and you can do your hairstyle and clothing to change appearance, you need two equipped with beds to hire a servant.
Skill Hall – At level 25 Construction skill, and it costs 15000. There are four doorways and you can display your trophies here with an optional stairway to go upstairs or down to basement dungeon.
Games Room – At level 30 Construction skill and it will cost 25000. There are three doorways and you can play games here or play with a train. there are 8 different games to play.
