Blizzard recently announced a 10-day free trial for their latest expansion to World of Warcraft. Existing players who have not yet upgraded can now download Wrath of the Lich King and experience the continent of Northrend for free.
We’ve played the game, but exactly who is the Lich King? Is it the spirit of Ner’Zhul, bound to this world by the demon Kil’Jaeden? Is it a corrupted Prince Arthas? Or is it both?
The remaining, higher level areas of the new continent of Northrend in Wrath of the Lich King are truly some to remember. They offer never before seen races, graphics and scenes that will amaze you. And, you’ll also find the sanctuary city of Dalaran here.
The next three areas of Northrend will take you up to around level 75 or above and will offer players some unique challenges and new races to behold. But, beware, there are also some mean dungeons here as well.

So those of us WoWHeads have been waiting ever so patiently for the Wrath of the Lich King expansion to come out, and I have to say that it was a hard wait. But, the day is here – and here is my review of this hot new expansion so far.
To the surprise of many, Blizzard recently announced a particularly interesting addition to their PvP system: siege vehicles. Coming to World of Warcraft as part of the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, siege vehicles are capable of razing buildings similar to killing an Alterac Valley commander.
