About Armor - Guild Wars Ritualist

The armor in Guild Wars is always customized to the character that crafted it. This means that is unable to be worn by another character. Armor consists of five wearable pieces: head piece, chest armor, hand armor, leg armor and footwear.

Elite armor is the expensive armor which can also be entered into the Hall of Monuments. All Guild Wars campaigns offer elite armor, but only with the Eye of the North expansion can you enter it into your Hall of Monuments. For it to be dedicated in the Hall of Monuments, a character needs four pieces of that armor: chest armor, hand armor, leg armor and footwear.
