If you want to help the Super Mutants at Jacobstown, you will need to clean out Charleston Cave and kill a bunch of mutated nightstalkers in order to find the cure for the nightstalker’s mental illness. If you want to help Dr. Henry with his research at Jacobstown, look here.
Pressing Matters is basically a separate reward for completing “You Can Depend on Me.” You can pick up a few hundred caps by walking into the Sunset Sarsaparilla HQ and blowing up a simple machine. If you need some help, just look here for some quick help.
This is a quick quest that you can do to help out Corporal Betsy with the First Recon group at Camp McCarran. If you’d like some quick experience and want to help out the NCR, then take care of this quickly at the base, and make sure that you do it before completing Three-Card Bounty.
If you want to gain the permanent loyalty of the Boomers, you will want to help them raise the big bomber from the bottom of Lake Mead. I’ll tell you how to find the big bomber and how to fight off the lake lurks and help raise the relic to the surface.

Contreras is a supply clerk and smuggler working at Camp McCarran. He’s a good merchant and he has a few special opportunities for characters that want to help him spread out his business. If you complete this unmarked quest, you can get This Machine and a great discount for the rest of his store.
For each of the main quests, you will need to gain the loyalty of the Boomers for the Battle of Hoover Dam. It’s also a fairly cool part of the game, so it’s worth it anyway. This walkthrough will cover how to get inside Nellis Air Force Base and secure a lasting alliance with the Boomers.
The Crimson Caravan Company is a very powerful trading company and you have the option of working for them for a lot of caps and some very nice rewards in general. “You Can Depend on Me” is the first section of the quest line and it’s a great way to get some caps and also recruit Cass.
