It has stat buffs of -22% energy cost, -6% recharge, +15% energy absorption from attacks, 72% poison resistance, 72% stun resistance, 92% skill disruption protection, 96 life leech retaliation over three seconds, +35 to intelligence, and +20% energy regeneration.
Plouton’s Wraps – This has 305 armor and the requirements of a character level of 47, a dexterity of 174, and an intelligence of 460.
