Free Vampire MMORPG Dark Eden Registration and Installation Guide
As popular as vampire books and movies are these days, it’s a wonder that more vampire MMORPGs don’t exist. Dark Eden, an isometric MMORPG run by Joymax.com, is one of the most interesting examples of free vampire MMORPGs currently available.
Most online vampire games you find these days are text-based and admittedly not very compelling. Dark Eden is a Diablo-style graphic MMO, complete with different classes, PvP, and an item mall from which players can purchase items to enhance their characters. This guide will walk you through the incredibly overcomplicated process of downloading and installing the game.
Dark Eden Registration
The first step is to head over to the Dark Eden home page and click the “Download” link at the top of page. You will be redirected to the JoyMax login page. Click the “Create Account” button to begin the account creation process.
On the next page you will be asked to agree to the privacy policy and terms of use agreement. Clicking “Agree” will take you to the account creation page. Enter all the relevant information and click “Confirm” to proceed. Make sure you click the “ID Check,” “Nick Check,” and “Email Check” buttons before attempting to proceed, otherwise the site will attempt to ask you to do so in barely-intelligible English.
On the next page, click the “Confirm” button to return to the login page. Log in with the username and password you just created and press “Log In” to return to the Dark Eden page which prompts you to click to continue to the user agreement. Click “Confirm” to continue.
On the next page, click the “Dark Eden Use Agreement” button to proceed, then press “Confirm” to agree and continue. On the next page, press “Confirm” once again to proceed.
Download and Install Dark Eden
On the download page, click your preferred download location button. Save the 350kb file to an easily-accessible location and double click the icon to run the GameZone downloader. The Dark Eden client is a 560mb download and should take 20-30 minutes on a decently-fast connection.
Once the client has downloaded, it will begin to install automatically. The installation process is pretty standard, and will require you to press “Next” several times.
After the install program is finished, double click the Dark Eden icon on your desktop, hit the “Start” button on the updater, and you’re ready to delve into the world of Eslania.
