World of Warcraft Ramkahen Quartermaster: Location and Complete Item Listing
Building up your reputation with the various factions introduced in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm does more than just earn you new friends. As you earn the trust and esteem of the group you’re questing for or representing with a tabard, you’ll also gain access to the items sold by their quartermaster.
In the case of the Ramkahen, you can earn a bunch of cool rewards, including a head item enchant for agility users like Rogues and Enhancement Shaman, a selection of armor pieces, and the sought-after camel mount.
You’ll find Blacksmith Abasi the Ramkahen Quartermaster just to the left of the entrance to the King’s chamber in Ramkahen. He stands near a forge and is more than happy to sell you his various items, provided you’ve reached the appropriate level of Ramkahen reputation.
You can earn Ramkahen Reputation by doing the local quests, and also by equipping a Tabard of Ramkahen and wearing it on dungeon runs. You’ll have to be at least friendly to purchase the tabard and get started.

At friendly status, Abasi will only offer you the Tabard of Ramkahen.

The final two items available from the quartermaster are the ones mount collectors have been salivating over, the [Reins of the Brown Riding Camel] and [Reins of the Tan Riding Camel]. Both are epic ground mounts and are available for 80 gold, minus the faction standing discount.
