Total Annihilation: XP, Vista, Windows 7 All Supported

For users looking to run Total Annihilation, XP and later operating systems pose a problem. Commonly beset with bugs and crashes, Total Annihilation can be re-experienced in full with a download from the Impulse site. Re-released by Atari, this download includes the final patched version and all expansion packs released for Total Annihilation. XP, Vista, and Windows 7 systems can all run this re-release, and with few errors. No longer is compatibility mode required to (barely) run one of the greatest real time strategy titles of all time, a game that is incredibly playable and enjoyable over a decade after release.
