Scepter of Thanatos – This is found in Titan Quest and has the requirements of a character level of 42, a strength of 488, and a dexterity of 145. It has a slow speed and damage of 218-239. There are the stat bonuses of +14% attack speed, +56 offensive ability, +23 strength, 11% of attack damage coverts to health, +48% life leech, 3% chance of +333% vitality decay, and 132-168 vitality decay over three seconds.
Scepter of the Shadow King – This is in Immortal Throne and has the character level requirement of 49, a strength of 548, and a dexterity of 155. It has a slow damage of 249-274. The stat bonuses are +1 to skills in all masteries, +194 defensive ability, +227 to offensive ability, +3 to energy regeneration every second, +1 to health regeneration every second, +500 to health, +42 to strength, +19% damage, and +29% electrical burn damage.
Spinebreaker – This is in the unexpanded Titan Quest. It has the requirements of a character level of 38, a strength of 422, and a dexterity of 133. It has a slow speed and damage of 176-197. It has stat buffs of 20% chance of +118% damage, +17% health regeneration, +28 to dexterity, +27 to strength, 20% chance of +114% slow movement, 28% slower movement for three seconds, and 14% of attack damage coverts to health.
Thorny Maul – This is in Titan Quest and it has the requirements of a character level of 37, a strength of 422, and a dexterity of 133. It has a slow speed, 50% piercing, and damage of 185-208 damage. The stat buffs are +1 to skills in nature and in rogue mastery, +23 to dexterity, +58% pierce damage, and a 35% chance of 117 bleeding damage over three seconds and +44% bleeding damage.
Truncheon of Malice – This club is found on the regular Titan Quest game with requirements of a character level of 38, a dexterity of 133, and a strength of 422. It has a slow speed and damage of 185-208. There are stat buffs of 15% chance of +203% vitality damage, 30 vitality damage, +17% attack speed, +26 to dexterity, +26 to strength, 19% elemental resistance, and 23% life leech resistance.
