Basics

The Abyssal Armor set is available in the core unexpanded edition of Titan Quest. It gives set bonuses for wearing two, three, or all four pieces of the set, plus more buffs for the items themselves. If you are looking for a nice overall set that will give you plenty of punch in your regeneration and in your leech resistance this is the set that you will want. As long as you have more than a single piece on, you will get set bonuses as well. Here is a description of the set bonuses that you can get and what each of the individual pieces will bring to the table.

Set Bonuses

2 Pieces of the Set: Gives 25% life leech resistance, +65 to defense, +50% energy regeneration, +50% health regeneration, and 25% energy leech resistance.

3 Pieces of the Set: Gives 10% damage resistance, +10% energy absorption from attacks, +90 defense, +50% energy regeneration, +50% health regeneration, 25% life leech resistance, and 25% energy leech resistance.

4 Pieces of the Set: Gives 10% damage resistance, 50% pierce resistance, 50% elemental resistance, 50% poison resistance, +10% energy absorption from attacks, +115 defense, +50% energy regeneration, +50% health regeneration, +4% shield block, 25% life leech resistance, and +25% energy leech resistance.

Abyssal Armor

A four piece set with its own special helps to your character; this is a good way to see at a glance if this is the armor that you’ll want to find in the game, or whether to let it pass you by for a different armor set.

Abyssal Plate – 492 Armor, with the set buffs of +14% armor protection, 5% chance of 101% damage resistance, 15% chance of 18-60 vitality retaliation, 26% energy leech resistance, 25% life leech resistance, and 26% cold resistance. It requires a level 41 and a strength of 525.

Abyssal Greaves – 492 Armor, with the set buffs of 26% fire resistance, +25% movement, +21% energy regeneration, +22% health regeneration, +15% chance of 20-60 vitality retaliation, and 28% energy leech resistance. It requires a level 41 and a strength of 525.

Abyssal Bracers – 492 Armor, with the set buffs of 27% lightning resistance, 25% life leech resistance, and +25% energy regeneration, +327 energy, 29% health regeneration, +320 health, 15% chance of 22-62 vitality retaliation, and 25% life leech resistance. It requires a level 42 and a strength of 525.

Abyssal Shield – It has the stat buffs of 45% chance to block 640 damage, 212 damage, 26% pierce resistance, 15% chance of 18-60 vitality retaliation, 10% chance of 50% damage reflected, and +5% shield block. It requires a level 39 and a strength of 440.
