The Force Unleashed for the PSP

The game’s iteration in the PSP has many great features as there are many flaws into it. But most of the flaws of the PSP version of the this game were due to the limited capability of the PSP. The presence of too many cut scenes during the game was OK at first but becomes pretty annoying as those cut scenes became too long and the interval between them becomes shorter. Still, in terms of gameplay, sound quality, replayability and the fact that you are finally unleashing the forces more than make up for the games flaws. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for the PSP is a great game that would surely delight all of us, Star Wars fanboys.

The Force Unleashed for the Nintendo Wii

Ever wanted to hack on to your opponents using a light saber? Star Wars: The Force Unleashed makes you do that sans the use of light saber though. To fully enjoy this game, use your imagination and pretend that the wiimote or nunchuk is actually your light saber as you battle your way into droids and other Star Wars characters. It’s actually fun, which is what video gaming should be about after all. Technically, the game suffers a bit in the graphics department mainly because of the Wii’s limited capability as compared to the PSX or XBOX 360. But, it still is a fun game that offers a decent replayability level, enough difficulty and yes tons and tons of opportunity for you to unleash the force.

The Force Unleashed for the XBOX 360

Put a nice storyline well loved by Star Wars fanboys, great musical sound effect, high-end graphics quality and great gameplay, and what do you have? - Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for the XBOX 360. This game would surely please Star Wars fans who are looking for nice game to play that would make them be a Jedi warrior for the first time. The game maybe short considering that the XBOX 360 has a powerful game physics and graphicalcapability. But other than that, you are pretty much assured that youwon’t regret buying this game. Overall, this game is for SW fans who happens to own the XBOX 360.

The Force Unleashed for the PS3

Being a powerful console gaming machine, I’ve got lot of expectations for the game’s version on this console. If the Wii version of this game suffers much from poor graphic engine, the PSP limits your viewing resolution due to the size of the screen while the short length of the whole game became an issue for XBOX 360 fans - Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for the PS3 is what you call a maximum delight for all of us gamers and Star Wars fanboys. The game fully tapped into the PS3’s capability, processing speed and awesome graphics engine. The game loads fast, the graphics engine gave the Star Wars universe a justified rendition and a rock solid gameplay that would challenge your patience due to its difficulty. Interestingly, while the game gets the easy treatment in all the other consoles, the PS3 version of this game suddenly became difficult. It could be the glitches and flaws or it could be consciously made by Sony to be that way knowing that PS3 gamers are the masochist type of video game player who prefer challenge over mere satisfaction of playing a game, without finishing it till the end. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is definitely a must have title for the PS3.

There you have it, a brief overview of each of the console versions of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Despite their differences, all versions would definitely please you despite some minor flaws and glitches. If you’re not a Star Wars fan, you might get at least one version of the game. But if you are a Star Wars fan who happens to have all four consoles, you would certainly want to have all the game versions.
