Hall of Monuments Rewards for Guild Wars 2 Release
Guild Wars 2 Release
Guild Wars is an online MMORPG that is free to play each month (after the initial purchase of the game). Guild Wars has released 3 campaigns including Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall. The only true expansion pack released was Eye of the North, which has the link to Guild Wars 2.
Hall of Monuments
The Guild Wars: Eye of the North expansion pack included the Guild Wars Hall of Monuments. This is a place where players could display all of their accomplishments in the five areas of the Hall to get ready for the Guild Wars 2 release.
In order to display your character’s accomplishments, you must first display Monumental Tapestries in your Hall. You get these by doing quests in the Eye of the North expansion pack. A tapestry must be displayed before you can add achievements to the monument. You may select to either see just your current character’s accomplishments, or view them “Account Wide” so you can see all of your character’s accomplishments at once.
The five monuments included are: Monument of Devotion, Monument of Fellowship, Monument of Honor, Monument of Resilience, and Monument of Valor.
Monument of “Devotion” – displays dedicated miniatures. Max viewable at a time is 20.
Monument of “Fellowship” – displays unlocked Heroes with prestige armor, and rare tamable pets. Max viewable at a time is 5.
Monument of “Honor” – displays titles earned. This monument also displays accomplishments, such as finishing an elite mission or a campaign. Max viewable at a time is 5.
Monument of “Resilience” – displays prestige armor sets. Character must be wearing it (all pieces except the headpiece) in order for it to be displayed. Max viewable at a time is 5.
Monument of “Valor” – displays (and dedicates) destroyer, tormented weapons, and oppressor weapons. Max viewable at a time is 11.
Hall of Monuments Reward Calculator
To easily find out what your character has in their legacy for the Guild Wars 2 release (and after), check out the Hall of Monuments Reward Calculator and type in one of your character names. You don’t need to be in the game to do this, and you can even check up on your friend’s progress too!
What is really great about the Hall of Monuments Reward Calculator is that it allows you to see what you have accomplished so far, and what you need to work on before the Guild Wars 2 release. Another great reason to check it out? You get to see exactly what you’ve unlocked in Guild Wars 2 so far, and what you need to do to get what you want.
