    Normal unique items are still highly sought after and depending on your character, can give you a tremendous boost in game play. Here are some of the better unique items, primarily scepters, in Diablo 2 today. Get the stats on knell striker, rusthandle and stormeye.

    Normal Unique Scepters

    Knell Striker

    The Knell Striker is a Scepter that has a one handed damage of 10 to 18-19 (with an average of 14-14.5 damage). It has a required level of 5 and a required strength of 25. Its durability is 50. Its special buffs are +15 to mana, +20% to fire resist, +20% to poison resist, +35 to your attack rating, a 25% chance of a crushing blow, +50% damage to the undead, and +70-80% enhanced damage.

    Rusthandle

    The Rusthandle is a Grand scepter that has a one handed damage of 15 to 34-35 (with an average of 24.5-25 damage). It has a required level of 18 and a required strength of 37. Its durability is 60. Its special buffs are having magic damage reduced by 1, +1 to paladin skill levels, 8% life stolen per hit, +100-110% damage to the undead, adds 3-7 damage, and +50-60% enhanced damage.

    For Paladins it has an additional +3 to thorns and +1-3 to vengeance.

    Stormeye

    The Stormeye is a War scepter that has a one handed damage of 18-22 to 30-77 (with an average of 24-29.5 damage). It has a required level of 30 and a required strength of 55. Its durability is 70. Its special buffs are +80-120% enhanced damage, +50% damage to the undead, it adds 3-5 cold damage for the duration of three seconds, it adds 1-6 lightning damage, and it replenishes life +10.

    For Paladins it has an additional +1 to the Fist of the Heavens, +3 to Holy shock, and +3-5 to resist lightning.
