Guide To Diablo 2: What Do Grand Charm Prefixes in Diablo 2 Mean?
Basics
Grand charms in Diablo 2 take up four spaces in your inventory. They give you light bonuses and buffs passively so that you do not have to equip them for them to be of use. These are good to load up on when you go to fight super Bosses in the game. There is one elite unique grand charm in the game called Gheed’s Fortune. Being that it is a unique you can only carry one of these on you, however you will get the buffs of 80-160% extra gold from monsters, 10-15% reduction in vendor prices, 20-40% better chance of magic items, and the required level is 62.
