Diablo 2 Item Guide: Magic Items - Small Charm Prefixes in Diablo 2

Page content

Basics

Small charms in Diablo 2 take up one space in your inventory. They give you light bonuses and buffs passively so that you do not have to equip them for them to be of use. These are good to load up on when you go to fight super Bosses in the game. There is one Elite Unique Small Charm called Annihilus that is dropped by Uber Diablo on battle.net. Being as it’s a unique, you can only possess one of these, however it will grant you +1 to all skills, +10-20 to all attributes and resistances, and +5-10% to experience gained. You must be a level 70 for it to work.
